WEEKLY ACTIVITIES

Sacrament Meeting - Sundays at 10AM, at the Taylorsville Institute of Religion (chapel), 4554 S 2025 W, Taylorsville, UT 84129.

FHE - Mondays at 7PM at the churchhouse on 3120 W 4700 S - unless otherwise indicated on Facebook.

Ward Temple Night - First Thursday of every month at 4:30PM, any ordinance at the Taylorsville Temple. Appointments are recommended.

Stake Temple Night - Third Saturday of every month from 6-9PM at the Jordan River Temple. All ordinances are available, no appointment needed. Refreshments will be served at the adjacent church building from 7-11PM. 

Institute Night - Wednesday Night Workshop, Wednesday nights @ 7PM, Room 104, Taylorsville Institute of Religion. Syllabus. Other classes and times can be found here.

Mingles - Social gatherings held after church with light refreshments. They occur every 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Sunday after church at noon.

Stake Coed Volleyball: Thursdays at the Magna Building (7731 W 3500 S), 7PM or 8PM through November 12th.

Who can join a YSA Ward?

YSA Wards are for single adults aged 18-35, with congregations based on where you live (see map below). YSA Wards provide an opportunity for fellowshipping, service, and learning to live a Christlike life with peers your own age.

How do I move my records to this ward?

You can fill out the new member form (the button at the top of this page) or stay after sacrament to talk to our welcoming committee. We can't wait to have you!

Can I volunteer for the Salt Lake Temple Celebration?

Yes, sign-ups close SEPTEMBER 14TH, 2026. You can serve in a 1-week or 8-week long commitment. For those who have already applied, you will be notified beginning September 15th-November 30th, 2026. Please see the Activites page or visit templesquare.org for more information.

How do I get tickets for the Salt Lake Temple Open House Tour?

Tickets will be available September 1st, 2026. You can reserve up to six tickets with one email address through templesquare.org or the Temple Square App. Anyone needing over six tickets can use the group ticket form. The Tour is approximately 60 minutes.
