Temple Nights

  • May 7th - Ward Temple Night

The First Thursday of every month at the Taylorsville Temple, any ordinance. Appointments can be made here. 

  • May 16th - Stake Temple Night

YSA in the Salt Lake Valley are invited to attend the Jordan River Temple the Third Saturday of every month from 6PM-Close. All ordinances - baptisms, initiatory, endowment, and sealing - will be available, and no appointments are necessary. Refreshments are served afterward in the church next door (10124 S 1300 W) from 7-11PM.

  • May 3rd - Worldwide Devotional for Young Adults with Elder and Sister Stevenson, 6PM

Young adults of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints are invited to grow closer to Jesus Christ by attending the Worldwide Devotional for Young Adults broadcast, which will be available on May 3, 2026, in the Americas and May 10 in other areas.

Elder Gary E. Stevenson of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles and Sister Lesa Stevenson will share a message about lifelong discipleship.

  • May 15th - Combined SLCC Institute Closing Social Bash, 7-11PM

The Taylorsville, Herriman, & Jordan LDSSA’s will be throwing a closing social bash at the Taylorsville SLCC Institute of Religion (4554 S 2025 W).

  • May 17th - Elder Michael Cziesla Devotional, 7PM

YSA Training, for all those with callings, 4PM at the Taylorsville SLCC Institute.

  • June 8th-12th - Taylorsville Temple Cleaning Assignment: 9:45-11:45PM, 3 people each night (15 total)
  • June 25th-27th - Taylorsville Dayzz: Shifts are 4 hours long, may include helping with parking, cleaning, moving garbage cans, 5 people
